George Floyd refused to show officers his hands, resisted arrest, attempted to escape custody by jumping out of a cruiser, knocked an officer to the ground, asked officers to let him lay down on the pavement, and yelled "I can't breathe" from the first minute that he was detained (including when he was standing and sitting).
